Building regulations apply in England & Wales. They set out standards for most aspects of a building’s construction including energy efficiency in buildings, and how to ensure all people, including those with disabilities can access the building and move freely within it.

All building works need to adhere to the most current Building Regulations criteria together with and additional amendments that periodically come into affect.
